I love using a diffuser for my essential oils because it provides a wonderful scent in my house without filling the air with toxic chemicals from burning candles. However, there are other ways of receiving therapeutic effects from essential oils without the use of a diffuser. You can also enjoy the benefits by using them in the shower! I love using citrus bliss in my morning showers and breathe or serenity in my evening shower or baths. At nighttime, I love using a gently spray of lavender or serenity on my pillow and bed and in the morning I add a drop of citrus bliss or peppermint on my diffuser bracelet. There are so many ways to use essential oils aromatically and you have so many choices of essential oils depending on your mood or needs!
