Here is a recipe for an ALL Natural mouth wash. I was on a quest to find a mouth wash for my husband because he was using some “not so great” options. I found this recipe and it works great! You might be wondering why there is Omega Oils in this mouth wash recipe… well, there actually isn’t any in this recipe. I order these omegas to give to my kids every day in their smoothies (for brain health) and since it comes in a glass bottle and happens to be a perfect size for this recipe, I use it to store the mouthwash. (I wash it first!)

Combine 7 drops OnGuard, 5 drops peppermint, 2 drops clove with purified water. Shake well and use about 1 tablespoon each time. Swish the mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out. I promise your mouth will feel more clean and refreshed than ever!
