Say Goodbye to Bad Dreams!

My daughter has been waking up from vivid / scary dreams this past week. The first night she woke up screaming and was terrified of something in her bed. Another night she had a bad dream and ended up feeling sick to her stomach from it.
 
Yesterday I decided to try something different, I diffused the new adaptiv blend all day and I used the symphony of the cells protocol on her back before bed. I chose the forgiveness protocol because it is good for emotional trauma such as stress / anxiety / PTSD etc. This protocol also included oils which also provide immune support, which is a bonus… I’m not sure what is causing her dreams but I am sure it is anxiety related in some way.
 
Last night she slept great! No bad dreams and no waking up.
 
For those who are unfamiliar with symphony of the cells, it requires you to do each oil individually on the back or feet etc. you lightly rub each oil in before you add the next one.
 
There is training for it but you can do a basic version at home. I recommend getting the book if you are interested because it will give more details.
