Food Allergy?

A food allergy is an abnormal immune response to food. The signs and symptoms may range from mild to severe. They may include itchiness, swelling of the tongue, vomiting, diarrhea, hives, trouble breathing, or low blood pressure. This typically occurs within minutes to several hours of exposure. If your symptoms are not severe, try taking 1–2 drops of lemon and/or peppermint oil internally to relieve the symptoms of a food allergy. This will help to detoxify the body and eliminate the allergens through sweat or urination.

**Please do NOT use any essential oil internally. Only pure, therapeutic grade essential oils that have been subjected to third party lab testing can be used internally. If your bottle of essential oil says “External Use Only”, this is a red flag that your bottle of essential oil is NOT pure.
