Mornings are always hectic in my house, I try to get as much done as I can before my twins really start “waking” up and make it hard for me to get anything done. However, despite my morning hustles, I always find time to diffuse some immune boosting oils to prevent unwanted pathogens from attacking. This week I am using OnGuard and Lemon in the mornings (4 drops lemon and 3 drops OnGuard). OnGuard is a powerful immune boosting blend with a variety of oils that are each known for their ability to stimulate the immune system. Lemon is another great immune boosting oil, that always has many other uses for every day use (including making your own cleaning products!).
