Back to School! Cleansing Hand Gel with OnGuard
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons aloe vera gel
4 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon vitamin E oil
8-10 drops doTERRA On Guard® Protective Blend
Small squeeze container
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil.
- Add 8-10 drops of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend mixture.
- Add water and mix well. Add more or less water based on the desired consistency.
- Pour into small container for use.

Refreshing Summer Iced Tea with Essential Oils
Steep 5-6 tea bags of orange pekoe Tea in 4 cups of boiling water for 1 hour or till tea is cooler to luke warm. Then add 4 more cups of cold water, 4-5 drops of Lemon oil and stevia or xylitol to taste
Stir. Fill glass with ice then ice tea and Enjoy!
